Response time
We aim to respond to support emails within 1-2 business days. Urgent safety reports sent to the safety address are triaged immediately. Confirmed reports of child sexual abuse or exploitation are escalated to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) per US law.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app: Settings → Delete account. The flow walks through confirmation and removes your account, profile, friend graph, challenges, and any custom avatars from our servers. If you signed in with Apple, the deletion respects your Apple Sign-in relationship. See our account-deletion details for what gets removed.
How do I report another user or content?
Tap any user's display name or avatar inside the app to open their profile preview. From there, tap Report or Block. Reports are reviewed against our Community Standards.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account, not through the app:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Book of Mormon Games → Cancel.
- Android:Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Book of Mormon Games → Cancel.
- Lifetime purchasesare one-time and don't renew.
I think I was charged in error
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly. Email support@scripturegamesapp.com with your purchase date and we'll help you locate the charge in the right store and walk you through the refund-request flow.
I deleted my account by accident
Account deletion is final and we cannot undo it. If you want to return to the app, you can create a new account and start fresh. Past purchases linked to your Apple ID or Google account can usually be restored via the in-app "Restore Purchases" option after sign-in.
